1. Who we are
This website, digitalboost.me, is operated by Boost LLC ("BOOST", "we", "us"), a growth marketing consultancy headquartered in Sheikh Zayed City, Giza, Egypt. BOOST is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. WebinarBoost is a service brand of Boost LLC.
For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@digitalboost.me.
2. The personal data we collect
Information you give us. When you book a call, apply for a Growth Audit, apply to the eCommerce Boost Community, apply for a job or email us, we collect what you choose to share: typically your name, email address, phone number, company name, role, website, and details about your business, marketing or career.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, we and our analytics and advertising partners collect technical and usage data through cookies, pixels and similar technologies. This can include your IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page, referring website, approximate location and interactions with our content.
3. How we use your data
- To respond to your enquiry and to schedule and hold calls you book with us.
- To assess Growth Audit, community and job applications.
- To provide and improve our services, and to manage our relationship with clients.
- To measure how the website is used and improve it.
- To measure and improve our own advertising, including showing relevant ads to people who have visited our website.
- To send you insights or updates you have asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To comply with our legal obligations and protect our rights.
Depending on where you are, we rely on your consent, on steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract, on our legitimate interest in running and promoting our business, or on legal obligations. Where consent is required, you can withdraw it at any time.
4. Cookies, pixels and analytics
We use the following technologies on this website:
| Tool | Provider | Purpose |

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and control ad personalisation through your Google, Meta and LinkedIn account settings. Blocking cookies won't stop the website from working, but some features, such as the embedded booking calendar, may not load.
5. Who we share data with
We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, under agreements that require them to protect it. These include website hosting, analytics and advertising platforms, scheduling (Calendly), form providers (such as Tally and Formspree), email, CRM and cloud storage providers. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers store or process data outside Egypt, including in the United States and the European Union. Where we transfer data internationally, we rely on our providers' safeguards and contractual commitments to protect it.
7. How long we keep data
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above. Enquiry and application data is generally kept for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you become a client, in which case we keep it for the duration of our relationship and as required by law. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's settings.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and, for visitors in the EU or UK, the GDPR, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct or update it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Object to or restrict how we use it, including for direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent you have given.
- Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@digitalboost.me. We'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
