About this position

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute advanced e-commerce performance marketing campaigns across Meta (including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Dynamic Product Ads), TikTok Ads, Google Ads (including Shopping Ads, Search Ads with Landing Pages), and Snapchat Ads (including Dynamic Product Ads, Collection Ads). This may involve leveraging features like:
    • Retargeting & Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) Audiences: Utilize website visitor lists, purchase history, and lookalike audiences for targeted campaigns.
    • Dynamic Product Ads (DPAs):  Automatically generate and deliver product ads based on user behavior and product feeds.
    • Collection Ads: Showcase multiple products in a single ad format for increased browsing and purchase intent.
    • Advanced Bidding Strategies: Implement automated bidding strategies like target CPA (cost-per-acquisition) or maximize conversions within budget constraints.
    • Attribution Modeling: Analyze the customer journey and touchpoints to understand how marketing channels contribute to conversions.
  • Manage campaign budgets strategically: Allocate budgets across platforms and campaigns based on performance data and client goals. Utilize optimization techniques like bid adjustments and audience targeting refinements to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Craft and A/B test high-converting ad creatives and landing pages: Design compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages tailored to each platform's specifications and target audience. Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective elements for maximizing conversions.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Continuously learn and adapt to the ever-evolving advertising landscape. Keep up-to-date on platform-specific advertising trends, targeting options, best practices, and new campaign features.
  • Collaborative campaign development: Work closely with internal teams (design, content) to develop cohesive campaign strategies and high-quality creative assets that resonate with target audiences.
  • Data-driven decision making: Generate comprehensive reports that analyze campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, ROI). Use data insights to identify optimization opportunities and recommend adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce performance marketing with a proven track record of success in driving sales and conversions.
  • In-depth knowledge of major e-commerce advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads) and their functionalities.
  • Familiar with digital marketing performance including CAC, LTV, churn, conversion rate, retention rate, abandoned cart rates, etc.
  • Successful experience managing 6 figure budgets digital campaign
  • Analytical, data-driven, and goal-oriented
  • Experience launch partnership campaigns with influencers, well-known media, PR agencies, etc.
  • Experience work with fast-growing, high potential startup teams
