Challenge and Needs

Karma diabetic clinic is offering a quite innovative model to diabetic care in Egypt with a one stop shop concept brining a wide array of chronic disease specialist under one roof to manage patience with a holistic 360 degree approach. Because this concept is new it requires a lot of customer education and proper content strategy combined with a clear acquisition funnel. KDC is looking to grow their reach, awareness and positioning while generating qualified leads and increasing their in-clinic traffic.

Our Approach

We worked with KDC to build out clear funnels, accurate targeting and content strategy that converts to appointments. Our Northstar for this project was In-clinic visits.

  1. Ran full-funnel experimentations across brand messaging, acquisition channels, and audience targeting.
  2. Built out personas based on behavioural and quantitative attributes as well as psychographics to narrow high-value leads.
  3. Optimized top-funnel traffic to reach ideal client on paid social and SEM.
  4. Using lookalike and custom audiences to expand reach.
  5. Utilized Whatsapp messages and Facebook messenger as main medium to generate appointments.
  6. Building a facebook group for Egyptian diabetics and engaging the group with a number of competitions and videos content pieces.
  7. Promoting a Youtube and Facebook video series in Ramadan for Fasting diabetics education.
  8. Created 2 webinars for patient education and partnership building with Novartis and Orascom

We helped KDC growth their reach via targeted video campaigns, Facebook ads and Youtube series. We created a funnel that brings in daily messages, inquires and appointments for the centre.
